I went through a car wash today and as I was leaving the audio cut out a few times and then completely stopped working. On the main Ford screen it shows Audio Off in the top right. I have tried
1. Power button and the right arrow to reset the radio.
2. Master Reset.
3. Disconnected the negative battery cable for 20 minutes.
4. Opened the drivers door, turned the car off for 3 minutes and turned it back on.
Is there anything else I might try? How much of the vehicle do I have to rip apart to get to the Audio Control Module and is it something that can be replaced outside of the dealer?
