ST Rear Hatch not opening

New to ST having issues with the rear hatch not opening when pressing the button(s) but it makes the noise that it is. What to do or how to fix it? I do have a warranty on it..

Take it to the dealer if you're under warranty. Too many variables. Could try holding down the outside release button to reset the mechanism. Might work, might not.

How old is your battery. Could try to disconnect and reconnect.
