Hello, I have a stock 2022 ST with 47k miles. Recently at low speeds (almost at stop) I have noticed a sound that almost seems rotational coming from the rear favoring the passenger side of the vehicle. It makes this noise after the vehicle has been driven a bit maybe a few miles or so, not initially when I leave the driveway.

Here a video from inside https://streamable.com/vexdrd

And another once i got the wheel off to look at it, I havent seen a rotor moving like this before but I am also not a brake pro. https://streamable.com/t6ezyt

Any ideas of what this could be? Let me know if the link doesnt work I havent posted a video online before.

Don't know what that noise is. If you are going that slow, it seems to vibrate faster than rotation, no? As far as the rotor goes, that is normal, The rotor is held onto the hub by the wheel when the lug nuts are torqued down.

Wondering if you have checked the sound deadening panels under the car? Lots of reports about these being loose and making noise. Pretty simple to check.
