It took 17 days at the dealership but they ultimately had to replace the telematics unit. It took a long time as they were troubleshooting to ensure the recall for the trailer controller thing wasn't related. They needed to get approval from Ford and got it. All better now.

It could be, I'm not sure if they have the parts to service that recall, but I do also have the cargo light in the back that has never worked since I bought it new. It's the light that is next to the 12VDC plug in the back right side panel. So we'll see.

I have this same issue too! I thought it was from the recent software update. I noticed that I have no signal showing on my screen in the top right so nothing was connecting. I guess I need to call my dealer, ugh...
