    Towing w/ the ST

The Lincoln Aviator which is basically the same chassis as the Explorer but has the 10R80 Transmission to the Explorer ST 10R60. Aviator can tow 6800lbs.

    ST 10r60 tranny.

The Lincoln.com shows the Aviator with the 10R80 and it can tow 6800lbs.

    ST 10r60 tranny.

Why did Ford used the 10R60 transmission in the ST while the Aviator gets the 10R80 and can tow 6800 lbs to the ST 5600 lbs. I guess it the bean counters.

    Towing limitations for boat

Ok I was comparing the ST to the Aviator and saw that the Aviator towed 6800 lbs. the big difference I notice was the ST had the10R60 and the Aviator has the 10R80 transmission. Not sure if there is any other differences but the tranny is a big one.

    levels performance cooler

I believe it was at least 5 years ago. From what I remember the condensation would occur from easy driving around town and heavy acceleration like getting on the highway and they would suck up water from the bottom of the intercooler. Ford ended up making changes to the intercooler.

Ford had an issue with the intercoolers in the trucks getting water in the bottom of the intercooler from driving to easy. Would these larger intercoolers have the same issues.
