    Stock fuel system e85 tuning

Ethanol. Dude deleted his post so I will too. Some people are still afraid of e85.

Need some opinions on Burger Tuning JB4 vs Racechip GTS

Nobody should be using a piggyback on this platform with such solid hptuners support. There's about 1000 reasons not to. Terry has kept his jb4 relevant in the bmw scene due to his following and single turbos only, and ironically they all still use a flash in the background. But really, don't...

    Can someone educate me?

An E50 blend with 91 vs 93 is an insignificant difference in octane. Your struggle in Colorado will be with ethanol concentration variability from pump to pump with seasonal changes but it shouldn't amount to anything significant.

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Appreciate the thoughtful response, and very interesting with the consideration of the tow rating. The rest also applies to car tuning IE slow shifts and such but I admit I didn't consider tow ratings. That actually gives me a lot more confidence, having tuned 10r80 myself much beyond limits...

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

That's the nicest graph I've seen but still quite higher than advertised limits, which is totally fine by me for those currently pushing the platform. I meant no disrespect but just about every dyno I've seen has a big torque peak down low followed by a steep fall off. I understand holding...

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Agreed. Stock tune drops torque like a rock up top though so I think there's plenty to work with still. Raise boost/timing up top for premium to hold torque flat to redline and you have 500hp no problem. If I decide to tune mine I'll do it myself in HPTuners and that's the plan, just don't...

From GM to BMW and now a brand new Explorer ST

Yeah overall I'm happy with the ST. Interior is ok, I think it'll hold up to the expected abuse better than the X5 would have. Anyway, can't seem to find any tunes I like. I think I'll hold out for a Ford Performance tune for the warranty (came with lifetime powertrain with only minor...

From GM to BMW and now a brand new Explorer ST

This is my other ride. May not look like much but this 'ol N54 335i has 720wrhp and I've tuned a few to nearly 1,000 so suffice it to say I'm looking forward to getting back into domestics. I feel like I'm that odd minority that came back to domestics.

From GM to BMW and now a brand new Explorer ST

Thanks y'all. Seems there's good options already for self and paid tuning options which is great, if the wife allows it I'll be springing for self. Initially I wanted the new bronco but after a few days getting to know this performance "crossover" (are rwd unibodies considered crossovers?) I'm...

From GM to BMW and now a brand new Explorer ST

Hey y'all just introducing myself. Just picked up a star white 2021 optioned out today and so far it's a capable toy. I'm not sure I'll do anything to it yet but if anyone is here from the BMW/GM/4G63/STi world's maybe you'll recognize the name. I'll do some research soon but what's the most...
