Code popped up this morning while heading to work, will be searching for a good deal on OEM part. Amazon reviews aren’t that great for the off brand ones. 40k on my 2020

Tightened up clamps after installing AFE intake last week. Found 1 clamp really loose and I’m glad I found it now. Also tried creating space between cold side pipe and intake tube but it’s tight!

Intercooler

Intercooler was found randomly browsing Facebook groups. Other deals be come across: H&Rs new for $250, cvf charge pipe new $150, afe intake used $240. Patience is key!

Added a few washers and nuts to bottom tray. I’ve read about wind noise coming from loose trays. I found a few screws with missing locking nuts. Hopefully this cures the noise/rattling I hear.

Installed my intake. Hardest part was getting off the oem pipe off turbo.

Peace of mind mostly. Have been getting “deep sleep” cycle messages on ford app the past few days. $184 for a new battery with 3 year warranty. Don’t wanna run into dead battery. I usually replace all of mine around 3.5-4year mark

Replaced original FOMOCO battery with Interstate H6 from Costco. 2020 with 40xxxx miles.

Installed CVF Cold side Charge pipe and drained catch can.

I personally would not. Be patient and you’ll find someone selling a trusted brand intercooler for close to that price. I got my CVF new for $540 shipped. Just gotta search around

Got a call that a new oil pan was ordered and all leaks are taken care of. Service advisor didn’t really go into much detail other than that. She did mention it would be covered under warranty. I’ll post what got fixed hopefully by tomorrow night.

Picked up an intake on FB Marketplace $200, just ordered the sensor I needed off eBay for $24 shipped. I wanted the S&B, but at this price couldn’t resist.
