We often switch while driving on road trips or after one drives to dinner or a show and switch for coming back. My wife also switches up her purses regularly based on occasion. So its easy to take just one fob off the key rack when needed and just use the memory 1 or 2 button on the door. We...
I'm glad we got a job 1. The explorer is shared between my 5'4" wife and me at 6'1". The memory seats and steering wheel are amazing. The only thing to adjust is the seat belt and the mirror. In our F150, no memory anything and all manual adjustments, it sucks big time. For our next non-truck...
If your vehicle is in good working order, you shouldn't have to spend anything on repairs. If they find something, then you should get it fixed regardless of the warranty inspection.
Your 2025 is under powertrain warranty until 5/60. There have been plenty of people with broken struts in the 2025s, yet no reports of diff issues. Putting on a brace at this point is only to make you feel good. Save your $500 for something else. Cheers.
Good to hear you got it finally resolved. We definitely have fan noise when a phone is on the wireless charger or when the cooled seats are engaged. But it sounded like your issue was louder than expected.
Oh yeah, those 2025 back seats look like they are on top of some 15" subs when going down the road, shake like hell with no one in them, but they are normal when people sit in them. They don't move at all when parked. Strangest thing.
On the 2025, yes the ASS pop up will disappear if I buckle the seat belt after disabling it and the seat belt pop up will disappear after about 100 yards of driving each key start, but they are both annoying.
Press OK to get rip of pop up when disabling ASS, press OK again to get rip of pop up to hide seatbelt status. Same issue on our F150 when towing, every time there are pop ups about reverse braking not working and other obvious idiot lights and warnings. A "thousand" is an exaggeration, but the...
start car, buckle seat belt, turn off ASS, click ok a thousand times to get rid of the pop ups on the IC, put it in gear, crank the music, stomp the gas pedal, enjoy the drive.
I have a 2025 and have changed the oil twice now. I put it on ramps to drain it. The first time after letting it drain for about 20min I put 6qt in and it was about a half inch over the upper hole when checking next morning cold. The second time, after letting it drain for about 20min, I poured...
