Did you take it in? Having same issue and they have no fix!

Please post response when you find out as I’m in the same spot. They have no answer to why it’s happening after a new camera and software update!

You did get lucky! I just got the “we can’t duplicate it” but they can see I had the error code at home when I started it to drive there. Go figure! Had new camera installed and updated software - still blue every now and then. Ford really doesn’t have a solid answer!

Same for me worked about 9 months and started getting blue screen again. Had in dealership last week for software update. Guess what next morning blue screen again so now they’re saying drop it off again for the 4th time but no courtesy cars are available. Great quality for a $60K vehicle huh...
