It seems like that is one of the places where they are sending vehicles to wait for their parts. I wasn't informed of that at first so I was panicked, but between this forum and the Blue Oval forum, I'm seeing more and more people having their vehicles sent to the Auction.

About 15 minutes. My husband and I have driven down there and we're about to go down there again.

If they have, it'll be hell to pay. When I called the dealership last Monday to check on it because it was the first day I couldn't log into the Ford site, they said they would call me as soon as it came in. I have yet to hear anything.

Unfortunately nothing since they told me a week ago that my car had to go back to the factory to have chips put in at some point. ‍♀️ I mean they told me their Ford rep wasn’t even sure of a time frame. I mean I get the chip shortage and all but come on.

Is there a note on your order that says waiting for the chip? I know with the shortage it was definitely a possibility it would happen, but I never saw any kind of note until the person I spoke with at Ford told me it was in the notes for the car.

Oh don't you worry. They might get tired of me calling and such, but I'm not letting up and they will be compensating me for something because this experience has been nothing less than a fiasco.
