Yes, driver side harness behind the bumper just needed to be reseated. It probably was not connected all the way when I removed the bumper during IC install. All I did was disconnected and reconnected the harness. It works after that.

Are you using turbosmart BOV? You don't need to plug in the cable that comes with turbosmart? Since my ST doesn't come with factory BOV, I am wondering if turbosmart BOV I already have will work without that electrical connector.
