That happened to me too. Was cleaning windshield and I hit the passenger side wiper blade by accident, blade came off and arm slammed into the windshield.

How did you get Ford to replace the 3-bolt cross member?

I wonder if we can add that to earlier STs.

Owners manual was wrapped in plastic, no holder. No bumper guards nor hitch cover either. Dealer gave me a free copy of the paperwork at signing! LOL

I kept getting flat tires with my 2011 Highlander, the tires must have been made from paper mache! The hybrid computer crapped out, and one of the cells in the battery pack died & disabled the entire battery pack! Switched to a 2016 Explorer Sport in 2015 as soon as that hunk of crap was paid off.

FYI, after almost a month using this … things were always sliding around on this liner, it’s too smooth. I’m using bungee cords to keep stuff in place. The third row seats have gone up and down with this in place without any issue though.

Wish the middle bench seat would slide. I have a 2021 model and the left & right seats slide, but not the middle. So when the other two are moved back, the middle one juts out. :confused:

I just tried to do the same on my 21 built on 9/8/21, and got the same error when I tried to write the change.

My car came off a car carrier from CAP via PA thru NJ and NY. Your dealer should be able to look up the status thru their ordering system.
