    Not remembering bluetooth devices suddenly

I think it's okay? I'm not having any memory issues with anything else -- the seat positions return to where they are supposed to, as a for example. Having said that, I do think it's the original battery -- could that really effect bluetooth memory?

I have, but maybe it's time to move to something else.

    Not remembering bluetooth devices suddenly

It' weird, I had no problems at all for the longest time, and just now recently it won't connect at all. It consistently refuses to :( I may have to just move to a wireless carplay adapter or something. :-/

I have not verified the actual version, I was just told by the dealership that it was done. I will confirm

    Not remembering bluetooth devices suddenly

Hey everyone, I have a 2020. Recently it started doing this thing where it will not remember/connect to paired bluetooth devices (i.e. my iPhone). Sync has been updated to the most recent version. This just started happening within the last month -- before that, it was working fine. This is...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Oh, I'm okay with the email support -- I've worked with several companies through email and it was a positive, successful interaction that resulted in my issue being resolved. The problem I have with the way CVF does it is that once engaged, they don't stay engaged. The cycle starts all over...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Same, they basically blamed the BOV. Sage advice. I personally strive very hard to make sure I'm as well understood as I could be (given that it's the internet and we are typing), and I try really hard to understand where other people are coming from -- I try to give the benefit of the doubt...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Anyway, to sum up for everyone, the kit from CVF is fine other than the BOV mounting issue. If you are buying the kit for later-year STs and/or aren't doing the BOV, then I don't think you'll have anything to worry about. Things fit together just fine. If you are doing the BOV option, or want...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Are you serious right now? I am now convinced that you do not understand how bad the gap was with the pipe I received. And clearly you, like CVF, are grossly underestimating the issue. I'm not shopping on Temu or Aliexpress. I expected better. Why are you shitting on me for expecting...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Having to take the part to a machine shop is not "easily rectified." I was in the middle of the install, with my truck torn apart, a vehicle I depend on. Sending parts back and waiting for another part to ship and arrive wasn't on the table. Now your response has moved from "suck it up, stop...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

A small gap I could totally understand -- the small diameter o-ring that sits on the "pillar" was pretty fat, so I could see how reducing that in thickness just a little would make your situation sit flush. I want to reinterate here that the gap I'm showing in my picture is WITHOUT the o-ring...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

I don't understand why you are being a jerk about this. Do you work with CVF or something? Is it run by your brother-in-law? It's a really bad fitment, why are you defending it? I am completely baffled by your response here. There's clearly an issue, the BOV does not even come close to...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

Okay, well, a couple things: Which o-ring are you talking about? There's a small-diameter one on the central "pillar" and a large-diameter one that goes around the flange. Which, specifically, are you referring to? You are saying it's okay to leave this BOV mounted with a +2mm gap between it...

Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support)

I just finished an install with a CVF intercooler and pipe upgrade (cold side and hot side) kit on my 2020 ST, with a Turbosmart Dual Port BOV part #TS-0223-1096. I ran into a problem with the pipe kit. If you are thinking about using this pipe kit from CVF (Part # CVF 1921AEXPICKIT, this is...

Question about BOV fitment issue on CV Fab Hotside (2020)

**UPDATE** posting this here to save on the scrolling. I reached a conclusion with this issue, which I documented here: Heads up with CVF 2020 Hotside pipe with BOV mount/boss (and customer support) | Explorer ST Forum Read on below for the original issue/question that I had. Original post...
