absolutely ridiculous, these dealers are a joke. I have seen a way but would require to remove wipers, wiper cowls to reach the back. 4 of the 6 are pretty straight forward.

Purge Valve. $70-$80 part, don’t buy from dealership and don’t buy a knockoff brand.

Finally got that little bastard (plug) off. Best way was by using the 2 wrench method. Piece of cake :cool:

Yeah I gotta figure something out with the initial plug torqued to 1000 lbs hahaha. I can’t get that damn thing off. I got no room for leverage.

What ramps do you use? I’ve always thought about getting a set of 4 ramps but been iffy about it. How much extra clearance you get? Gotta be better than nothing.

How did some of you break loose the transmission cap? Did any of you have to take heatshields off or something? I can get a wrench on it but not enough leverage. This is my first time trying to get the cap off. Thank goodness for Kevlar gloves lol

Do you put anything on the gasket when installing a new on to the pan? (Aftermarket or OEM) I plan on getting a PPE pan so I’m just going to put a new gasket on.

Yeah 1 hour my a**! lol they must of done it more than once. You will only get better but my first time doing it took 6 hours. That’s including breaks and dealing with kids.
