Yes, I’ve only had it a year and a half. I’ve been to the dealer several times already. We are currently working with them to get this corrected, ie service dept., Ford engineers, customer care etc. I’ll post if this gets resolved.

That is exactly how all my previous fords reacted, but not this one. I like this explorer model just disappointed with something that should be working properly. Trying to get it worked out, but so far, a big fat zero.
