    Exhaust tips questions

Wheels, lug nuts and center caps are the same but did add spacers. 30mm back and 1 inch in the front. Going to change the blue Ford emblem to black when I install the intercooler.

Question about Main Screen when using any of the map options

It'll zoom in when your turn is coming up, then zoom back out after the turn.

Got mine from them a few months ago too. Pleasantly surprised at the fit, no peeling through several hand washes. didn't use the steering wheel sticker. Was pissed that they stopped handing them out at the SUV experience. complained in the comments to Ford, they're handing them out again.

    305/40/22 Anybody Rubbing?

If you're AWD it won't work. .6 inch difference in tire diameter will screw with the system.

    Grinding noise from steering wheel

Could be the actuator or gears in the steering column. You could try recording the wheel movement with your phone until the noise happens, then take that to the dealer for diagnosis.

    Whirling Noise at High Speeds

Fluid was good, no filings on the plug. Put the steeda brace back on and whine came back but it is much quieter, so the rear subframe may have been out of alignment a bit.

Put Wesdon tips on the stock exhaust, not really a plug and play install. Tips were 2.25 ID stock pipes are 2.16 OD. Cut 2 inch sections of 2.25 OD exhaust pipe and expanded one end to fit over the stock exhaust.

    Whirling Noise at High Speeds

Mine was making the exact same noise, really loud over 90mph after I put the lowering springs, rear diff inserts and Steeda diff brace on. I took the brace off, lowered and retightened the rear subframe and the noise is gone. I want to check the fluid before reinstalling the diff brace, to see...

Need guidance on replacing the alternator.

If the alternator is outputting 13.4 at idle with the BMS disconnected, then it has to be something else in the system... unless you have defective new BMS sensor.

Whine / Harmonic Resonance in driveline

If they're making you pay for the axle, hub and labor time, it would be a lot cheaper to have them grease the splines.

Whine / Harmonic Resonance in driveline

The axle click might be fixed by greasing the splines, here's a video showing the noise and fix. https://www.explorerst.org/threads/tink-noise.6029/post-76935
