How much of an improvement would these be on a street pack?

What are your thoughts on getting this if you are never taking this to the track, just gunning it on the highway from time to time. It's a cheap mod and seems quick install, I just dont want to get it if its focused mostly for those who are tracking their cars or racing monthly.

Every wheel website I go to only shows 22x9 available that fits our vehicle. I’ve never bought wheels before, is there something I am missing?
