Have any bolts failed after they adopted the new rear bushing design for the "3-bolts"?

Just to confirm, when you set the "software" one to disable, you went back and re-enabled the vehicle" one, right? And no matter which one was individually disabled, the FENG seemed to be gone?

Just look at the bushing and see if the center section appears to be "solid metal" under the washer, or if you see some "void areas". If solid, you're good to go.

If the bushing's metal center "core" looks like this (with the hollow areas under the washer), it should be replaced with the "solid center" version as part of the recall.

I'm curious why the recommended torque on the Class 12.9 bolt is only 100 lb.ft., when the OEM bolt spec appears to be 148 lb. ft., per RCLRPT-23V675.

Dropping the pan only gets about half the fluid. A trustworthy pro shop should be able to exchange ALL the old for all new..
