Thought this was important to add. If you leave your key in the car as many here do and the car goes into deep sleep mode, you cannot unlock it with the app or door keypad. Mine went into deep sleep after 5 days. Waiting on roadside assistance now. 2020 MY with 20k miles. Would be nice if...

I'd look more often if the exhaust setup wasn't absolute trash. Looks and sounds just awful.

This is what the dealer installed high performance pads look like on the front. The sales person said they are the same ones as the police Explorers.

Livernois was kind enough to only charge me the cost of shipping the tuner to change it from the 17 Explorer Sport that I traded in for the ST. Definitely great customer service from LMS the whole way.

My wife has a 2019 Highlander platinum with factory 12 speaker JBL sound system and the Explorer with tech package sounds much, much better imo.

This info helped me find out that my dealer did not install the HPP pads. I contacted them and they agreed that the pads had not been installed. Naturally the front pads are currently on back order. Thanks for the info, all!

Tom here from Atlanta. Seems like some others, I also traded in a Livernois tuned 2017 Explorer Sport for a 2020 Explorer ST. Tech package, roof, and high performance package. I suppose all I have left to say is that I'm going to run this very, very hard.
