    CHARLOTTE ST OWNERS

Howdy folks —— 21 Black ST here - South Charlotte / Ballantyne…..anyone interested in meeting up? Mods: 1) Steeda Diff. Brace 2) Steeda Diff. Pinion bushings 3) AFE 1 in. thick Rear Sway Bar 4) Thermal R&D 2.5 exhaust 5) Xpel XR tint: 15% front, 70% rear, 70% rear windshield

    Thermal R&D 2.5" vs. 3"

I have the 2.5 in version on my 21 ST. We have a 4 year old whos is autistic and does not care for loud noises at all. The 2.5 inch when WOT will give him a very slight and fleeting level of discomfort. At normal throttle, it sounds perfect (nice balance of deep bass tones, without any drone)...

    Rattle noise in front end?

What did they do to fix your drivers side wind noise??? Thanks.

    PIU struts/shocks

So moral of the story. For right now better to just swap the rear shocks and front struts along with rear sway bar. And leave everything else as is….given the lack of preponderance of evidence for new springs?

    PIU struts/shocks

Anyone have confirmed part # for front and rear PIU springs for the 4WD ST models? I read through the whole thread but am still scratching my head:)

    PIU struts/shocks

Much appreciated for the clarification on the Type J vs Type V - fully assembled is definitely the way to go!! Thanks to the both of you!

    PIU struts/shocks

Hi there, Can someone definitely confirm which is the correct part number for the PIU rear shocks for the 4WD explorer ST? Is it #1 or #2? 1. LB5Z-18125-J 2. LB5Z-18125-V What’s the difference between the two of them?
