    Sync voice isn’t “right”

    The sync voice on my 20 isn’t near as clear(almost sounds like it’s echoing ) As it was on my older explorer (2017) or my F150. This happen to anyone on here ? Any suggestions ? If I can’t find a fix I’ll stop by the dealer next time I’m in the area.

    Mine had the upgraded pads in the trunk. Not sure what that’s about. I’m going to have them install them next time it goes there. I want to see if they are different part numbers.

    Is everyone ok with the giant tablet and terrible bezel?

    I like the fact that when I have car play running I can see the radio station info. I hope they can do a software update to improve camera views But other than that it’s more useful than the screen my 17 explorer had.

    Mine Had the Pads in the box in the trunk. Is the general consensus that the difference is noticeable?
