This is what I want to do too. Did you get the carpeting off of Amazon? Is it mechanically held in place or just set there? Mine will bounce around on harsh bumps, I'm trying to eliminate that.

Has anyone done some kind of mechanical hold down for the lid that covers the area above the spare tire? Mine bounces around at times on large/hard bumps. Also, does anyone have a source for a carpet material that would duplicate what is in the back now? I am thinking about making up one large...

Interesting comments and opinions in this thread. I have the AWE 3" system on mine with stock down pipes and yes, its loud but I love it. I wanted to be able to hear my car and this delivered. I have also done two 1000 mile + road trips with my family and no one complained a bit. And I live with...

I would stay away from the Toyo ST3's. They are very loud. I cant wait to get rid of mine. Problem is I am at 40k miles on these and still over a 1/16" away from the wear bars. I bought them because I thought they would be a good rain tire as I can get 2-4 inches of rain in a day where I live...

I had a similar issue with mine where I would get a vibration between 1100-1300 rpms while accelerating or decelerating. Ended up being a bad flex pipe. Split open on the top of it.
