Thanks for the replies ! At least it's nice to know I'm not alone in this issue. I can "live" without the map for now, so I'm going to hold off on doing the major fixes above, since it seems like a LOT of work, and the issue will come back.

Is anyone running into this issue? The Navigation screen on my 2020 Explorer shows half blank. The screen works fine, shows things on the other menus - just get a white screen when on navigation screen. Also, on the home screen, no navigations maps show up - a blank white screen as well...
