Mine was built shortly after that point and here's where I'm at. There's some suggestion from other posts that it'll be sitting waiting for a 360 camera fix. There's a bunch of people who have builds dating back several months that are still waiting for delivery for apparently the same issue...

Yeah this has been a thrill. Guessing mine is stalled for same reason.

They're not even building it yet and it'll be basically 6 months then (Feb 9 vs Aug 7), so, yeah, well aware of that.. :-) They just finally put it in the schedule and assigned a VIN a week or two ago.

I (finally) received my VIN and build is supposed to start Aug 7. Original order was Feb 15 (they claim Feb 9). Will be interesting to see how this all REALLY goes. It, too, is supposed to have a 360 degree camera.

Right, I just wasn't sure where the line was where they stop making a model year in favor of the next model year. Apparently it isn't 'too late' so far.

My dealership said that for my Feb 15 order, the build start date will be Aug 14. I figured at the going rate they'd just want to roll it into a 2024 model. If I remember right, actual build is 2-3 months.

Not since my last post in late April. 23rd week of the year is the 2nd week of June. I should be getting my next '45 day update' soon. So far I'm still in Unscheduled/Clean.

This is the latest that I was sent recently regarding my build that was submitted around Feb 15, for what it's worth. The dealer sent this to me. When I contacted Ford Performance today, they said it's 'unscheduled - clean' still.

Someone should clue in the Ford 800#. They're the ones who told me the other day that it was being deleted for Explorers. My dealer hasn't, they did send me a screenshot that power train stuff is 'delayed' until at least week of May 8 for my Feb 15 order though. Agreed with others that this...

Exactly where I'm at.. So heated steering wheel is 'standard equipment' on X trims, but my custom built ST would be 'oh, standard equipment, but not Droo's'. It'd be on the long list of other items of other items that aren't on mine, but should be on a 2023 Explorer ST based on the build...

I called Ford today and they said that there is heated steering wheel anymore for Explorers and other models that use the same steering wheel and that, since mine isn't built yet it definitely will not have one. I'm tempted to pull the rip cord and go find another vehicle. They keep removing...
