Best tuners in California
My experience is that tuners avoid CA like the plague. You might want to look up AED Tuning, who is based in CA. They can tell you what you can and can't do. Emission laws and testing vary all over the country. I have no direct experience with CA, I just know tuners that are not located...- Catmonkey
