Autostop Eliminator Causing faults on 2025

Not all updates affect it. Only some here and there.

Autostop Eliminator Causing faults on 2025

I don't believe its the auto S/S eliminator that is problematic itself. Ford over the air updates affect it sometimes and the fix is to reset everything by removing the neg. battery cable. I believe the mandated start / stop is going away with the Trump administration so possibly Ford will make...

Autostop Eliminator Causing faults on 2025

I have a 25' ST with the same AS eliminator. Recent Ford updates have been screwing with the AE eliminator. I am not having the issues you are but at times it hasn't kept the last setting because of updates. The fix is to remove the negative battery cable for about 15 mins or longer anbd then...

Bought a New 2025 Explorer ST

But you still bought that particular one with the $5K roof.. was there no other one anywhere to be found or is that an option you were seeking out? For me personally, there is no way in hell I would even pay half of that for just a black roof.

    Coil Spring Inserts

I'm unsure if anyone makes a 1/2" spacer for the rear. Maybe call Traxda and ask if they would make a custom set of 1/2" rear spacers for you. I will say that watching Traxda's own video of how they install their lift in the rear of the Explorer is complete BS. I did not do it the way they...

    Install J&L catch can

Its hard to remember because it was in July of 2024 but I believe I cut the OEM fitting and locking tab apart with a pair of dyke cutters in order to remove it. The UPR kit I purchased came with new hoses with connectiors that are push tab removable.

    Install J&L catch can

I have a UPR oil catch can on my 25'. Look up their installation video on their website and that might be the help you need.

    Coil Spring Inserts

Coil inserts are GARBAGE and should never be used. They help nothing and screw up the ride by limiting spring travel. If you truly want to lift the rear, you need proper spacers. I have a Traxda 1 1/2" lift on my Explorer. If you truly want to be a little higher, you need to add correct spacers...

Hi all, I just purchased a 2020 ST with factory tow

Yes, I installed the airbags myself and I did follow their instructions. The airbags are a pain in the ass to get them into the inside of the coil springs.. putting dishsoap on them helps them slide in but it also makes them slippery in your hands while working with them. The other red part in...

Hi all, I just purchased a 2020 ST with factory tow

After you have the brake controller installed and set, the only other thing to consider is tongue weight. Anything beyond 300 pounds and you start seeing the rearend squat. I haul a trailer with nearly 400 lbs. of tongue weight and I installer Airlift brand rear spring airbags. I add around 30...

Tinting gone wrong, elsewhere - need help

Use your VIN # when the new panel is ordered. Be sure what is ordered whether you order it or someone else does, that it aligns with your vehicles VIN. You can also call a dealer and give them your VIN and have them look up the correct panel (and part number) for your vehicle. Like UNBROKEN said...

    Steeda sub frame bushing kit

I have a 25' ST. I have these Steeda bushing supports and have never heard any added noise what so ever from them. I also have a diff brace, a JXB bushing insert for the 3-bolt subframe, and a Traxda 1.5" lift kit on it. No added noise or vibrations for me on anything.

Charging with a charger in garage

I believe if the vehicle is not started over a certain period of time, the vehicle automatically goes into a deep sleep mode (AKA battery saving mode). I do believe this is regardless of having a maintainer on it or not.
