    ST front recovery points

    My first Explorer had the threaded hole behind the cover on the front bumper. Like most are saying, I wouldn't trust this option as a recovery point seeing it's only aluminum. Could be the reason Ford removed it in later builds.

    Phone Call Echo

    I frequently have the same issue. When I move my phone from the centre storage tray to the cup holder or another location, the person on the line says the echo goes away. Could be a coincidence or maybe Bluetooth interference.

    As mentioned, that's your Eco Coach. I believe you can disable the Eco Coach in Normal drive mode.
