    Official Curbing Thread

Did one of mine about three weeks ago....was trying to miss a huge pothole while pulling into a parking lot and hit the damn curb. Had a mobile wheel guy come to the house the next day and it's fixed good as new, can't even tell. Sorry I didn't take any pictures, I was so pissed off.

What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

I use 93. One thing you should consider with a direct injection engine it installing a catch can.

2025 Explorer ST Experience is live

We did the Ashville experience last April and it was great! We got there the day before and stayed two nights after we did the experience. We had a rental car and drove around the area the day before we did the experience went to a couple restaurants out in town and walked around the Biltmore...

    I can’t decide on a color!

I had a black vehicle years ago and it always looked good when it was clean but I sure spent a lot of time cleaning it. Black shows everything. The last 4 fords I've had 2 F150s and 2 Explorers have been white. I'll stick with white from now on. Looks good when it's clean and doesn't show...

Ceramic Coating Complete … any thoughts?

I use a product he gave me as a booster every few months. Mine stays in the garage so it's not out in the weather everyday. When I wash the vehicle it's usually with a waterless wash in a spray bottle. When it has a lot of dirt i'll do a traditional wash. Biggest thing to protect the coating...

Ceramic Coating Complete … any thoughts?

I've had two vehicles coated, my current 2023 ST, and my previous explorer which was a 2019 sport. I'll never have a vehicle again that I don't get coated. Well worth the money to have it done. I have a buddy I work with who has a detail business on the side. He does about one vehicle a...

Considering 2025 ST but concerned with reliability

I had a 2019 sport that I drove for 65k miles, not one problem. Only thing I ever did was regular maintenance. That had the 3.5 ecoboost in it. Traded that in on a new 2023 ST that only has about 10k on it now, I have a work truck that I drive most of the time so that's the reason I'm only at...

Paint Correction, GTechniq Coating, Pillar PPF - Grand Rapids, MI

get yourself plenty of good microfiber towels. I've had three vehicles ceramic coated, the last being my 2023 ST. I rarely do a bucket wash anymore unless the car is really dirty. I usually just use a wash, pretty much every weekend. I have a work vehicle so my car doesn't leave the garage...

    2025 Gloss Black Roof Wrap

If you don't mind me asking, what did it cost to have the roof wrapped?

    Ford pass app

Seems like when Ford updated the Ford Pass App it's not nearly as good as the previous version. With the last one the location would update as the vehicle moved but with this one it doesn't seem to update nearly as well. It shows my vehicle as being "on" but the location doesn't update until...

    No GPS

I'm having a problem with my navigation system on my 2023 ST. It's happened twice now in about a 3 week time period. Navigation will be working fine then it starts showing an inaccurate vehicle location on the screen, after some time I then get the No GPS icon in the lower right corner of the...
