there are guys who buy tips cheaper from Amazon ... they pay about the same price, but the tips are already designed with the 2.25" exhaust to 4" outlet.

You would have to take them to a muffler shop ... any good shop would be able to use a reducer to go from the stock 2.25" exhaust into the 3" hole on the tips (the outlet size is 4"). Yes, it will have to be welded, and will cost a few bucks at a local shop. BTW... Happy Birthday, Marine... I...

I went ahead and followed BrooseDaMoose's advice ... replaced the bad ones with new smoked ones, and siliconed around the seal. Hope this works this time.

Use a 90-degree needle nose pilers on the end with the two tabs to squeeze ... work it out slowly from the back, it will budge Use the trim tool from the front on the other end and just pry slowly ... it will pop out (at least mine did) without breaking.

Here's a close-up for you of the back of the OEM reflector. Just apply pressure up and out at the same time. I didn't snap either one ... in fact, on both sides I popped one end up and used a trim remover tool to slowly pull and the other end popped out.
