Not a "full" flush as a mechanic would define it. I had mine done at Ford and they use the fluid exchange machine. Sadly this doesn't get all the fluid out of areas like the converter. But still, good move to have done it at 40k (dont trust me, trust Blackstone!), and now "newish" fresh fluid...

The pictures that OP posted show identical part number PIU vs ST. They are the same exact shock/strut and there would be no difference in dampening, etc.

And based on what I saw this is incorrect as the bench uses the same 4 bolt holes as the center console. Based on this I am 100% sure that captains to bench is good to go. The issue is finding a bench from an ST. It's basically impossible from what I can tell. Very few STs with bench option...
