My 2022 does this as well. I wouldn’t call mine rough, but it’s not smooth. Only occurs on cold starts below 20 degrees, then smooths out in a few minutes. It’s a small popping out of stock exhaust. I’ve had my rig for 6 months and I’m at 62k. Could be normal.

Has anyone heard of a ford dealer installing the upgraded hardened diff bolt? If ford is aware of this potential weak point, it would be cool to have this done at the dealership for warranty purposes. For my driving style, this would suffice.

I agree and I hope you get some resolution with the new transmission. They put in a L1MZ7000T in mine. I have no idea when it was built. Fun to drive when it shifts nice :)
