Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

Have you reached out to COBB? Are you running the latest firmware on the AP? Which tune where you running? I ran a full tank on the 87 tune last week, without issue.

Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

I doubt there is anything in the tune that would affect those. I have a 2022 and got tuned by GooseTuned. No Codes. Late model Ford's are renown for their EVAP Valve Issues.

    Transmission Won't heat up

Thanks Wafer. So watched the old coolant temp this morning too. Looks like my ST came with a 180 t-stat. Which based on what you provided seems culprit.

    Transmission Won't heat up

Recently got a COBB AP. My trans never gets over 175°F during my normal driving. Typically runs about 165°F. I've done some googling however I cannot find any actual part lists that call for a transmission thermostat.

    Interior Rattle / Clicking Noise

There's a heat shield right underneath that spot on the muffler. Could be that, I know mine is a little flimsy as well and is likely causing one of the noises I hear.

COBB Accessport - Goosetuned Tuning thread

I just got my Goosetune and I'm very satisfied. Customer service has been top notch. He even revised my tune over Easter.

    Rattle noise on bumps.

I've had window tracks loosen, the dumb under body clips that hold up the splash guards, how far back in the tracks I set the second row, the passenger belt buckle rubbing on the leather, and recently the doors have started squeaking with a cross wind. 22 - 65k miles.

    Transmission Won't heat up

It shows up under the tach in towing mode.

    Transmission Won't heat up

I've thought the same, however above 30°F it warms up in under 10 miles. Just doesn't seem linear enough to be a stuck thermostat to me. Also I would think it would throw a code since the engine did that to me.

    Transmission Won't heat up

Anyone else experience their transmission not coming up to "normal" operating temp in the cold (<30°F). I can drive 40 miles down the highway and the transmission never comes up to normal operating temp. Looking for if anyone else has this experience or noticed, before i go back to the dealer...

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I would guess its a stiffer bushing to dampen the bolt movement and keep it from bottoming out the travel as quickly. That would be the scab fix I would see if I could engineer out. I don't have any insdie info though, just a experience in manufacturing engineering. It's not a true fix though if...

REALLY how serious is this 1 bolt thing

I haven't seen anything that would suggest that it's truly dangerous. Even in the class action lawsuit I don't believe there is any accidents tied to the bolt failure. It's just subpar craftsmanship, but which manufacturer doesn't skimp every bolt they can in this day and age?

    Has Anyone Else?

I've never bested 22 MPG in 42,000 miles in 14 months. Were you driving from CO to NE? If so that's downhill the whole way. With a mild tailwind 26.5 MPG makes sense.

    12.5x Combo

Nope. 93 is hard to come by in Iowa. I can always drop in a few gallons of e85. However the pumps here legally can sell it at 51-85%
